Is anyone else feeling overwhelmed by all the excess that comes with the holiday season? I certainly am. Although having my own built-in bar cabinet has been a real treat this year, I didn't feel the need to completely restock for winter. So I didn't.

Instead, I kept it simple by restocking my fridge. After all, a girl still needs something to sip on!

During my recent trip to Target, I had no trouble restocking my supplies. I discovered a new brand of dealcoholized wine that I really like, and I also found a sparkling wine that I always use when hosting gatherings with my friends. Additionally, I was happy to see some excellent variety packs in the non-alcoholic section. It's great to see this whole movement becoming so mainstream.

SECHEY This dealcoholized wine caught my eye.

THE PERFECT PAIRING No pasta night is complete without vino!

BOTTLE OR CAN? Why not both! I like keeping a good mix of the two on hand. Not everyone is as excited as I am to pop open a full bottle. This way, I can split a can with a friend so they don’t have to commit to something they may not be totally in love with.

EAT, SLEEP, CHAMPAGNE, REPEAT!

Surely Brut, Surely Sparkling Rosé.

THE CHILL FACTOR I put everything in the fridge well ahead of guests arriving. Nothing is too precious to be opened ...

VARIETY’S THE VERY SPICE OF LIFE, THAT GIVES IT ALL ITS FLAVOR.

I featured Kin Euphorics in my fall blog post before. This winter, I decided to get one of their variety packs. I linked the 16-pack from their website, but I ended up choosing the four-pack version at my local Target.
